Functions of the company locations
The company headquarters of Digital Elektronik has been in St. Leonhard since 1986. Since then the location has been continuously expanded. Today we develop and produce complete mechatronic solutions in our headquarters over a total of 10,000 sqm. Together with our management and the development team, the electronics manufacturing (SMT/THT), commissioning, test equipment construction and device assembly are located here.
Our Tamsweg location houses cable production for small series, device manufacturing and robot production. This is also our logistics hub: Electronic assemblies and pre-assembly material are sent on the journey along the Tauern line on a daily basis. This ensures an optimal supply between plants and short waiting times are guaranteed for our customers.
Everything revolves around metalworking at our site in Derventa, Bosnia. At the end of 2020, the production capacity was expanded by 75% thanks to the completion of a new production hall. The new 1,800 sqm hall provides space for material storage and provision, sheet metal processing, bending, welding and grinding, as well as finishing operations.
